# 6 Postgraduate course

I love the handmade sculptures and currently I practice this making small figures with cold porcelain, is my hobby in the vacation. This is the reason why in the future, I would take a course for learn to use others material more professionals as polymer clay, fiberglass and resin, materials that would allow me to make complicated forms. Also, I would like take a course about bookbinding.

Other type of course that I would like take, is a violin class. I learned to playing violin in the high school, but I abandoned the orchestra after first year. I learned very fast and I not have problem in playing violin currently, but I could never control the fourth finger and the vibrato and I am quite looking forward deepen my skills.

This type of course can perfectly study in chile, and I would like a part-time course. I would love to have a title or certificate for making sculptures, but I think that this not is possible in violin hahaha.

And finally, I think that I will can a course related with my career, a doctorate. The specialisations for architecture are too much, may be about of heritage, sustainable development, urbanism, design of specific building that are complicated, as hospitals or clustered housing, or a specialisation in specific materials, as wood or reinforced concrete.
This decision basically depend of my tastes and interests in the finish of the career, that be influenced for the elective courses that I will take.

    This is so interesting! I've always wanted to know how to use cold porcelain or things like that. There are so many posibilities. Keep it up!

#5 My future job

When I think about my future jobs, I imagine me working in a small study of architecture, in my practice, and after I imagine me work in a municipality, of steady way. I haven't a clarity about the job opportunities, I know that a architect can work in many specialties, but I only know about desing and urban plannig, and I prefer the last, although not is a popular area. I prefer a schedule office job to full-time, I like have a organized week and I don´t like work-at-home. With a freelance schedule I would can accumulate work fo the last minute and that not is good. The idea of have my own study of architecture not excite me, I prefer a consolidated business. I would like travel, but not especially for my job because I would haven't free time for go all over, but not si a opportuny that I would reject. Whit respect to salary, I think than I would start with a small salary, around of $500.000CLP and with the time (more experience) my salary would can grow around of 1.0...

#2 Mago de öz concert!

This was my first concert!. Was a 21th May of 2015 in the "Teatro Caupolicán". The concert was of Mago de Öz, my favourite band. This is a Folck-Metal band, the difference owith other styles of metal is that they use classic instruments in combination whit electric instruments. I loved this band not only for the music (rhythm), also i liked the focus of his lyrics. I knew this band in the high school when I participated in the orchestra school. I loved the armony between electric sound and classic melodies Before the concert the people looked very intimidating, the guys used black wear and in the line to enter (I dont remember the time I waited...) the people drank beer!, was very funny... In the concert all people sang and jumped, in an moment all (inclusive me) waited  anxiously a song in specif and in a paused of the concert (when the singer talked a little) all people start to sing the lyrics of this song. #4 Stress in FAU

I think that stress is a topic extremely normalize in FAU (not only in the career of architecture) and I consider that this is very stupid, I not undertand how someone feel proud for learn at the expense of sleep only 3 hours. Ok, the teacher can be very good, but, overload of work is the only form o learn? Obviously no. In FAU, the stress is generated for the accumulation of work, not only of workshop, of all the subjects, this added to frustration can generated depression. The problem is that all subjects are important, but the teacher of workshop consider normal left out the other subjects for can finish the workshop work, and is logic that this is a bad idea. I my case, I suffered very much in my first year, mainly because I thought that this pace of work was normal and that I not was capable. Finally, I understood that my quality of life decreased and not was my blame, the next semester I chose with care my teachers. My only advice is not to blame oneself, the problem is the...
